Here at Crossfit Predators, we’re proud to provide free consultations to anyone interested in starting their fitness journey with us.

Lets face it finding a program thats speaks to you and your goals is hard and sticking with one is even more difficult. How many times have you started something and not even a few weeks later life gets in the way and you never go back?

That’s why we want to bring you in for a complementary 1-on-1 assessment. We want to know more about you, your life, why you want to get fit and where we fit into the picture, we want to know what we can do to hold you accountable and how we can develop a plan of action to ensure you get fit for good this time!

You’re probably thinking; I’m not in shape enough for this yet and I don’t know anyone at Crossfit Predators and I’m really nervous to just walk in the door! Don’t worry about a thing, because you’ll find that at Crossfit Predators we maintain a lighthearted and welcoming atmosphere that caters to regular people just like you! So much so that a ton of our members just hang around all day calling Crossfit Predators their second or even third home!

Introduction to Your New Coach for life

Lets face it, you’re destined to fail if you don’t have someone in your corner backing you up every step of the day. Big box gyms bank on you never using your membership, but we want to see you here each and every week making continued progress toward your personalized goals.

This is where your coach for life comes in and saves the day! You’ll meet this person during your assessment and your coach for life will work with you to understand exactly what motivates you and how you can work together to ensure you keep coming back and continue to achieve incredible progress.

If you fall off track expect a call from your coach asking where you’ve been and encouraging you to get back in the gym. Simply starting and falling off track then never coming back just doesn’t happen at Crossfit Predators. We are 100% committed to your success and well being!

After your fitness assessment, you and your coach for life will sit down and work to create a personalized plan of action for our fundamentals program that caters to your specific goals and works with your current level of fitness. There is no cookie cutter way to introduce you to our programs and that’s exactly why we have a 1-on-1 fundamentals program!

Classes can be scary at first. You don’t know anyone, some people look very fit and lots of the movements are things you may not have seen before. We understand exactly how you feel and we want to bring you into our gym in a way that makes you feel confident, excited and worry free.

Our fundamentals program is designed to teach you the movements we do in the gym in a safe environment without adding intensity, until you show proficiency in the movements. It’s also designed to get you acquainted with your coach for life and to start to meet some of the members in the gym without being involved in the class just yet.

In fundamentals you learn:

  • How to maintain (and stick with) a good diet
  • Our foundational movements, which are located to left
  • Mobility and Recovery techniques
  • Set attainable goals with your coach for life

Best coaches in town, they take care of u and they are very motivated. I normally do CrossFit and after that try to do Weightlifting. The best part of the gym is you always have someone next to u helping u and is not only the coaches everyone in the gym is sooo helpful. It’s like a family , we help each another and we challenge each other. I have been going to this CrossFit for a couple of months now and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made. I Walk in being greeted with a hug by Pamela and getting top notch training from Gary I walk out knowing this gym is worth every dime, minute, and squat.
My body was severely injured in a car accident years ago. I made the decision to have double disc replacement almost two years ago. I have been scared to death to try and work out and soon became so overweight that I was just embarrassed to walk into a gym. A close friend convinced me to go see Gary and he felt strongly that Gary could carefully train me and rehabilitate me. It’s been a short 2 months but I am feeling stronger, more confident, and healthier than I have in longer than I can remember. When looking into a gym to train i looked for a place that has trainers with vast amounts of knowledge and YEARS of experience training clients. And that when i found CrossFit Predators. My biggest “must have” in a gym is coaching. With a lot of CrossFit gyms and gyms in general you get coaches/trainers who just make you overwork without a goal in mind besides “lets workout til we puke” and thats what they call a good workout. On top of that they could have just got a cert in a weekend and opened a gym the next day. Thats not the case with CrossFit Predators. Coach Gary has a wealth of professional experience and the certifications to boot. And most importantly, he knows how to apply the knowledge to training his clients. His technical knowledge with lifts is immense and hes catching things i would have never noticed in my already impeccable form (lol i have a waysss to go but thats why im here). Their technical knowledge cant be beat. and I’ve only been going a few months and have noticed a change in my cardio and body composition. Love all the coaches (Pam, Kasey) and love the atmosphere. Gym has nothing but good people and people who encourage you at every step!

Group Classes/Hybrid Memberships

Once you graduate fundamentals its time to start classes, at this point you should be proud of your new found level of fitness and the excitement to start a class should be off the charts! You’ve probably even made a few friends in the gym at this point!

You and your coach for life will decide how many times per week you should attend classes and how often you both should meet 1-on-1 to ensure you stay on track. These are what we call our hybrid memberships, designed to keep you attending classes and ensure you meet with your coach for life as often as needed. No more starting a program and never finishing it, we make sure you’re in the gym as often as you need to be!

The social environment, the community and the friends you make will give you a different sort of push, and will help you reach new heights of fitness. Each and every person at Crossfit Predators is dedicated to not only ensuring they succeed, but ensuring everyone else succeeds.
